In today's booming global beauty industry, the demand for skilled professionals outpaces the available talent, leaving businesses with real challenges when it comes to growth and consistency. Beauti Industri Co was founded in 2022 by Anita Willson to help close this gap—by partnering with businesses to build internal capability, unlock team potential, and deliver expert support where it's needed most.​​

Anita is a training and development professional with over 20 years of experience in the beauty retail sector. She has held senior roles with global brands including MAC Cosmetics, Smashbox, and Sephora. At MAC, she served as Regional Training Manager across London, the South of the UK, and Ireland, overseeing training for the brand’s number one global store in Selfridges London and delivering training strategies across prestigious retailers such as Harvey Nichols, Harrods, and Brown Thomas.

She later became National Training Manager for Smashbox in the UK and Ireland, before joining Sephora Australia and New Zealand as Training Manager, where she led a team of trainers and who worked alongside more than 100 beauty brands. Her career has also seen her train teams in Europe, the Middle East, and North America, giving her valuable insight into the diverse markets and nuances of each region.
